How do I return or exchange an order?

Thanks for shopping at MISSION Boat Gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us here.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will notify you of the approval of your refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If the item you returned is not in new condition, your order may be subject to a stocking fee of up to 30% of the full, non-discounted, value of the item. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your card issuer's policies and processes.
